Hazelnut Chocolate Babka

We grind freshly roasted hazelnuts with dutch-processed cocoa for our house made "nutella." Our signature olive oil pastry is rolled thin, schmered with "nutella", folded, looped and knotted into a babka perfectly sized for one. I mean you could share it, but after on e bite, you're going to want it all for yourself.
