Mini Ciabatta is the perfect size for an individual sandwich or transform it into crusty garlic bread to accompany your favorite soups or salads. With a shatter-crisp crust and a soft and fluffy interior crumb, it's hard to blieve that this ciabatta is gluten free. It's made predominatly with certified gluten free oat flour and also contains white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, psyllium powder, apple cider vinegar, active dry yeast, and kosher salt. Free from dairy, eggs, gluten, and sugar.
