A traditional french pastry, with a plant based twist. Heavy, buttery brioche is lightened up with olive oil and oatmilk, sliced thick and lightly toasted. Then we add a schmear of sour cherry jam and almond frangipane before baking to golden perfection. It's fruity, nutty and utterly delicious! (One slice per order.)
